So who is Neill Andrew, and why did I create this site?  Well, my name is Neill, and I have created this website because I wanted to be able to share with the world some life changing products that are offered by an incredible company that I have come to feel very passionate about called DoTerra.

I've packed a lot of information into the video on the main page, but I guess if you've come to this page, you're probably a little curious about me and my background, so let me tell you a little about myself.

 

As a kid growing up, I probably would have been picked as the least likely to become an entrepreneur, never had a lemonade stall, never had a paper run.  But I had a very logical and analytical brain and I could see, even at a young age, that the old “40 Year Plan” we were being sold in school just didn’t add up.  

So, by the time I left school, with the help of my parents, I started my very first business at age 18.  I worked my ass off and soon learned that to become successful in business, it takes more than just hard work.  I knew to be successful, I had to be good at sales.  And at that stage, I was most certainly NOT!

So I deliberately decided to become a master salesman.  I jumped into door to door selling.  I sold vacuum cleaners, security systems, automotive products, educational products and insurance.  If you could sell it door to door, chances are I’ve probably sold it, and in time, I became one of the top sales people, (I even managed to sell a guy a set of encyclopedias in spite of never having worked for an encyclopedia company!).

Having reached the pinnacle of the sales industry, I decided it was time to go out on my own and in 2005 I started a boutique sales and marketing company. Over the next few years, I forged the business into one of the top performing companies of its kind.

Never one to rest on my laurels, my next challenge was acting as a Change Agent, showing companies how to improve and invigorate their sales processes.  Then in 2009, I took on my most audacious challenge yet, working with a new start-up venture.  Starting from zero, with a 2-man operation working out of a tiny study in the owner’s house, over the next 3 years I helped grow the business into a thriving success, personally achieving sales revenue in excess of $1 million annually.

Following my start-up arena success, I was head-hunted into the corporate world, where over the next few years I worked for several leading multi-nationals, eventually becoming a corporate trainer, teaching others to do what I had done.

Throughout this time, I had been constantly immersing myself into the world of personal development.  I believe that what I learned, formed the corner stone of my own success.  As I transformed my own life, I saw opportunities to help others transform their own lives and soon I was the go-to guy for personal development amongst all my circle of friends.  

Following a growing sense of disillusionment with what I saw as a toxic culture within many top corporations, a chance encounter set me on a path to fulfill what many people had been asking me to do for years and that was to leave the corporate world and become a Life Coach, a passion which I am still following today.

Having managed to successfully marry my Life Coaching business with being a DoTerra Wellness Advocate, today I live the life of my dreams.  No longer bound by the old corporate 9-5, my time is my own, I no longer wake up to an alarm clock, I have a 3-day weekend every week, and spend my time helping people live their best lives.

I have time that I can spend with family (a blessing I can’t put a price on, with everything that has been going on in our world), I read, I learn new things, I cook (badly, but I try), I get to wholeheartedly pursue my passions (amateur photography being the latest), and every day I get to think how lucky I am to be living this life.  ​
